I've been asked to be GDT for May over at CRAFT Challenge and so today being the forst thursday of the month is my first challenge to join in with and I'm ashamed to say I forgot all about it, my only excuse is that I had lots of things go wrong at the end of last week and I still don't feel as if I've caught up with myself yet.
Any way enough about me and back to the challenge which this week is Buttons and we have 3 fantastic sponsors for you In2Stamps, Digi Doodle Shop and Love To Stamp.

All Sugar & Sweet at Incy Wincy

This week at Incy Wincy our challenge is Sugar & Sweet and we have a great sponsor Digi Doodle Shop who are offering our winner a $10 gift certificate.

I decided this week I woulb have a change from my usual square card and make a fold over pocket card. These are so easy to do I make mine from 2 card blanks. I have used Honey Bear form Digi Doodle Shop,he is coloured with promarkers and I decoupaged the honey pot and bee's. I used stickles on the bee;s wings and some Anita's 3D gloss on the honey.

The papers are MME one of the free pads that came with a craft magazine last year. I added some silver peel offs along the edges just to finish them off.  The sentiment was printed directly onto the DP.

Tic Tac Toe at Incy Wincy

This weeks challenge at Incy Wincy is Tic Tac Toe So, how this works is, you have to choose 3 things in a row (like Tic Tac Toe) either across, down or diagonal. For example, on my "card", I chose the bottom row Stickles or glitter, Tags, Something green. Hope that makes sense!!!

We have a fab sponsor this week Digi Doodle Shop who are offering the winner a $10 gift certificate

On my card I have used the image called Louis & Flowers which you can find here. I have kept this card very clean & simple the image is coloured with promarkers, the matts under the image are cut with my nesties and I have embossed the white layer with a daisy embossing folder and then added stickles to the daisies which you can see better in the photo below. The ribbon is some I won ages ago from Crafty Ribbons and then the tag is punched and I have stamped a thanks sentiment on it.
For some more inspiration visit the challenge blog to see the other DT girls work.

Ribbons & Bows at Digi Doodle Shop Best Challenge

This week challenge at Digi Doodle Shops Best Challenge is RIBBONS & BOWS. The papers are from Pink Petticoat and the silver is a sticky backed glitter film that I bought from Hobby Craft

I have used this cute baby girl image on my card she is coloured with promarkers. I'm not sure why in this photo the skin colours don't look like they are blended very well in real life they look fine.

I have added some flowers to this corner which I got from Mulberry Crafts Uk,the cherry blossom has been coloured with a promarker to match, the gem stems came from Hobbycraft wedding section.
This sentiment is from The Cutting Cafe and has been printed on some of the Pink Petticoat paper.

I have cut some more of the pink paper into a strip and then punched both side with my fiskers threading water border punch. I have threading thin silver ribbon through the hols and the layed a piece of organza ribbon that has been coloured to match with a promarker up the middle and finshed with a bow at the top with this cute charm that I found at the bottom of my box.
