Fancy Edges at Creative Craft Challenge

This weeks challenge at Creative Craft Challenge is Fancy Edges and we are sponsored by

I have used a scalloped card blank from Craftwork Cards for the base of my card I have edged it with some glamour dust. I embossed some pearlesant white card with my swiss dots folder.
The image is a Whiff of Joy stamp called Ice-beary Greetings which I have coloured with promarkers and used my snow writer for the snow. I've die cut the image with a marianne doily die and mounted it onto a circle of white pearlesant card.
I've die cut / punched some snowflakes and covered them ( and me) with glamour dust and added a flat back gem to the centre of each.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenge:

Baby's First Christmas

Here's another card made with Teddy with Scarf from Stamping Dragon Designs, I was asked if I could make a card for a babies first christmas I couldn't think what image to use for it and Claire suggested this cute teddy.
The paper is from the Christmas Daisy & Dandylion pack which is mounted on silver glitter card. I have used my snowflake punch on some of the glitter card to create a border down which I have run some blue ribbon.
I have coloured his nose, feet, scarf & hat with my promarkers and the rest of him is covered with white fun flock. He is mounted on to a nestie label cut from bazill card , I've drawn a silver line around the edge with a gel pen.

I've taken this photo to try and show the flocking a bit better.

The sentiment has been printed on the computer and mounted onto some more of the silver glitter card.

I'm dreaming of a white christmas

I made this quick christmas card last night, I've used the free christmas tree embossing folder that came with this months Creativity Magazine on some white card. I turned itover to the debossed side and added some gems and a star to the image, then went over it with blue shimmery chalk to create a subtle shimmer. This is then mounted on some foam pads onto a card blank which has been embossed with the swiss dots folder, I then added some white organza ribbon between 2  embossed lines. A couple of gems in the top corner and its finished.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Incy Wincy Designs - All white except for the image
Allsorts - Plain & simple
Colour Create - All white with optional embossing

A Very Pink Christmas Card

Well I think this is the pinkest christmas card I have ever made but I like it, I bought this fab image from Heather Ellis after seeing Rainmac use some of her images. The papers are from Dovecraft Christmas Fancy all mounted on silver mirri card. I punched the border from the paper with my woodware punch and then added a tiny gem to the centre of the snowflake.

I have coloured the image using promarkers, adding glamour dust to the fur on her boots and hat. The snow is done with a snow writer. I added some 3d gloss to her buttons and the heart on her coat.

This snowflake is cut with a sizzix die and then I have used a embossing tool to draw lines onto it as it looked a bit blank. The pearl star is from the range andwas only a £1 for a sheet full of pearls in different shapes.

The sentiment is from craft work cards and is mounted on to some silver mirri card that has been embossed with my snowflake folder.

Santa

I found this fab image in my box of christmas stuff not sure who sent it to me so t
hanks to who ever it was. It's such a fab image I didn't want to colour it so have just gone over the lines with my sakura glitter pen to make it sparkle, it doesn't show up very well in the photo.

The papers are a free download from Bearly Mine Designs, I had added a glittery border again with the sakura pen. The gold card has been embossed in the cuttlebug. I've added some ribbon to the bottom, I think it may have looked better with thicker ribbon now and a small wooden reindeer that has been glittered with the sakura pen.
