Pink & Green at Totally Gorjuss

Sorry for the lack of posts this week but it's been a busy one here with my eldest daughters birthday on Wednesday, costumes to make for world book day on Thursday and hubby's birthday today. Today's post is  for the new challenge over at Totally Gorjuss where this week we want to see your Pink & Green creations. Our sponsor this week is Crafters Companion.

I have used the fab Fairy Dust image from The Stamping Chef which I won a few weeks ago, she is coloured with promarkers and I used stickles on her wings and dust to make them sparkle. The papers are from Prima Hello Pastel pad.

The sentiment is one I created on the PC. I added some die cut stars covered an stickles and some Basic Grey Candy Buttons as embellishments.

And here's my youngest one all dressed up in her world book day costume her class had the theme The 3 Little Pigs so she went as a little pig in the straw house. Everyone loved her costume and she was so proud that she was featured in the school newsletter this week.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
The Stamping Chef - Anything Goes
Totally Papercrafts - Female Birthday
Fussy & Fancy - Birthdays
Craftitude - Anything Goes or add a little green
Brown Sugar Challenge - Make it Sparkle
I Love Promarkers - One For The Girls
C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - Mothers Day / Female

wow, my first visit to your blog - it's such a pretty blog, love it! Fabulous card Jenny, love the naughty fairy stamp, and most of all I love your little girl's costume - how ingenious! It looks amazing, such a clever idea - how did you get the straw to stick? Or is it woven in - I'm intrigued? :o)

Hi Annie thanks for your lovely comments the straw was stuck on with pva glue which worked quite well although she did shred straw all around school x
