This weeks challenge at Incy Wincy is
Monochromatic GREEN
and we are sponsored by
Now my first thought when I saw this challenge was yuk I don't do green, but I have to say I really like my card I have used this gorgeous fairy by Wee Stamps coloured her with promarkers and although you can't see in the pictures I've given her wings some sparkle with a sakura pen.
The papers are so old MME ones which I edged with green distress ink. The flower is made from 4 scallopped circles which have been scrunched up and inked.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Whimsy Stamps - Anything Goes
Bunny Zoe's Crafts - Distressing
Lollipop Crafts - Use 2 or more punches/dies
The Pink Elephant - Monochromatic
Love To Create - Things with Wings

beautifully colored image! thanks so much for playing along at The Pink Elephant!
I love that you colored her hair in grey. Of course, it keeps the monochromatic theme faithfully, but it also makes me smile to think that there are grandmother fairies as well as all the young ones we see on cards all the time.
Beautiful!!! Love your gorgeous coloring and colors. Thank you so much for sharing with us at Love to Create "Things with Wings" Challenge!
Love this! The design is perfect, and I just love the color you chose. It's such a nature-related color, very soothing and so perfect for this image. I also love the comment above - grandmother fairies make me smile! Thank you so much for joining in on our monochromatic challenge this week at The Pink Elephant!
