Vintage at Incy Wincy

This weeks challenge at Incy Wincy is Vintage and we are sponsored by Stamping Dragon Designs
I decided to recover a diary for my hubby to use, I suppose I should have taken before photos but I forgot. I created this faux leather look by embossing some brown card with the mesh texture cuttlebug embossing folder and then random inking over it with brushed corduroy distress ink. Once that was done I covered the who sheet with vesramark ink and clear embossing powder and heated with a heat gun I love the results.

I have used this fab image of Rupert in his card which I coloured in Sepia tones with my promarkers, I then fussy cut him and mounted him onto a nestie cut shape from some MME paper, I used a promarker to edge the shape. Stuck some peeloff numbers under the image and covered the whole lot with glossy accents.

I would like to enter my diary into the following challenges:
Stamp & Create - Anything Goes
Crafty Cardmakers - No Floral Embellishments
Oh La La Creations - New Beginnings ( Hope a diary for the new year counts)
Pollycraft - Anything But A Card
