The papers are from Kars Christmas Speciality pad, I have gently distressed them with some sandpaper and then inked them with a gold ink pad. The snowflakes are cut with a sizzix die out of gold shimmery card and have gold card candy in the middles.

For my card I coloured Gretchen with promarkers and created the checks on her top using the blender pen.

The checked paper is from Paper Celler Checks pad, The brown paper is Basic Grey. I have printed the sentiment  onto normal printer paper and then cut it with a star punch and coloured the paper with a promarker to match. The silver stars are peel offs. The ribbons and ric rac have again been coloured to match the image.

The paper is from the Christmas Daisy & Dandylion pack which is mounted on silver glitter card. I have used my snowflake punch on some of the glitter card to create a border down which I have run some blue ribbon.
I have coloured his nose, feet, scarf & hat with my promarkers and the rest of him is covered with white fun flock. He is mounted on to a nestie label cut from bazill card , I've drawn a silver line around the edge with a gel pen.

I've taken this photo to try and show the flocking a bit better.

The sentiment has been printed on the computer and mounted onto some more of the silver glitter card.

My first challenge as part of the Incy Wincy DT

Over at Incy Wincy its the first challenge for the new DT, and I'm very proud to say that I have been picked to be part of their team. This time our challenge is Anything Goes and we are sponsored by the fab Limited Runs who are offering the winner 3 digi's of their choice. I have used dragonfly stamp from them to make this card wallet and some notecards to go in it. For the wallet I have used a 5x5 card base, covered it with some DCWV stripy blue paper and then put some paper lace that has been coloured with my promarkers along the edges.  I used some ribbon, which has again been coloured with a promarker to match, to tie the wallet closed.
The image is coloured with promarkers and the I have added some crystal glitter to the spotts on his wings. I have cut the image and the silver mat with nesties.

This is a close up of one of the notelets, they are small 3x3 cards that I bought ages ago. Luckly they were already blue so I have just run them through the cuttlebug with my divine swirls embossing folder. The image
has been done in the same way as for the wallet except that I printed it in a smaller size. I finished it off with a piece of ribbon again coloured to match.

This picture shows the inside of the wallet, I have just cut a triangle of card covered it with the same paper as the front cut some tabs and stuck it to the card base to form a pocket for the note cards to sit in. I've finished it off with another piece of the paper lace.

This photo show the whole set together.
Don't forget to stop by the other DT girls blogs to see their fab makes and as its the first challenge for the new DT we have a special treat we will pick 3 winners, who will get 2 digi's of their choice,  from the comments on the DT's girls blogs this week I can't tell you whose blog these comments will be from so if you want to win you best leave a comment on each blog.
