Christmas cards

Been trying to get some christmas cards made today I find it very hard to make the same card more than once so decided that I would do 4 cards of the same design but different colours and managed to make 12 this afternoon. The Bauble ones were inspired by fiddlefarts blog.
Sorry the pictures are not very good but not alot of natrual light at the moment and the mirri card is hard to take a good photo off normally.

Gift Card Holders

Here's a couple of gift card holders I made to put in my box of cards at the school they are really easy to make. I used the instructions on this blog but didn't have the punches she used to make the hole for the giftcard to sit in so used my nestie labels to cut it. I've used bazzill card to make these and then stamped some christmas images with silver ink. Images are both from pollycraft and they are cut and mounted with nestie shapes ribbon added to tie card closed was from my local haberdashery shop.

Birthday Cards

It's Aimee's Birthday in just over a week so I have made her birthday cards I can't believe she is going to be 4.
This one is from a template to make a kids tiara I justcut it out with of a card blank with the fold at the top, put it through the cuttlebug to emboss it. Added some glitter to the embossed swirls , lots of bling round the edge and her name in the middle.
This one is cut from a square card blank the candles are just strips of card folded over to hide the backs of the brads which I have used as flames again lots of sparkles.
This card is cut from the template found herehttp://http://apathofpaper.blogspot.com/2009/09/castle-card-template-instructions.html,the paper is from funky fairies.
This one is not for Aimee but for one of shannon's friends the tag slides into the pocket. Having looked at the photo I might add the silver glitter along the edge of the pocket what do you think?

My first scrapbook page

This is the first scapbook page I have done, I'm really pleased with how it has turned out. I used a layout from this fab blog.
The paper is a papermania one as is the matching vellum, the blue card is bazzill, the flowers are prima eline ones and the pearl brads are from my stash, swirls were cut on the cuttlebug with blue pearls added. The title is a word that appears on the paper and it just looked so right as it was the only word on the page that you can see fully so I just used silver glitter glue to highlight it.
I'm so pleased with this that I have decided to give it to the couple for christmas so have mounted it in one of my bargin shadow boxes I paid 20p for them I new they would come in handy for something.

Christmas cards

Well I suddenly realised today that I've not got much time to get my christmas cards made so made a start today with these.

This image was freebie but I can't remember where from. I coloured him on the computer and added some glitter with a sakura pen. There was a free sentiment with him but it was just to big a bulky som I re typed it and cut it out added some stars as my cutting wasn't quite straight.

These two are using the freebie digital stamps available from Cuddly Buddly website I added colour to them before I printed them then added some glitter to the robins hat and the stars on the sheep card. I have also used flock on the sheep to make them fluffy.

The image on this card from pollycraft, cut with my nesties and mounted on silver glitter card. The backing paper was from flourgirls stash the ribbon and gems from my stash and the snowflake is a peeloff stuck onto white card and cut round.

These cards are made with the festive papers from Shabby Princess which can be downloaded from here.
