Buttons & Bling at Incy Wincy

Good morning Monday again which means its time for a new challenge over at Incy Wincy where this week we want to see Buttons & Bling and our fantastic sponsor this week is  The Paper Shelter.

I have used this cute image from them called There's A Penguin In My Cocoa. 

 I have used the pre coloured version of this image along with the background paper that comes with it so this was a nice quick card for me. All I did was mount the paper onto some pearlesant card and the image I printed twice and fussy cut it to give it a decoupaged look. I added some red gems to the Christmas tree for the bling part of the challenge and for the buttons part I added some tiny clear star buttons next to the computer generated sentiment. I added a close up photo so you could see the tiny stars are buttons.

The cute little elf on my card is from our sponsor and is called Candy Ski as usual I have coloured him with my promarkers adding some stickles for the snow. I have kept the card very simple today with just some embossing down either side and a simple sentiment and one snowflake for decoration.

Formy card today I have picked the diagonal line of the board Die Cuts/ Emboss It/ Metal. I have used this fun image from The Paper Shelter coloured with my promarkers and created a background using 2 of my embossing folders. The letters are die cut out of black card and I added four eyelets to the corners for the metal element.

I have used this cute panda from them, I love the fact that most of there digi's come with a background and a pre coloured image which really helps when your in a rush. I've used the pre coloured verion and the background on my card, I printed several copies of the panda so I could decoupage him. I kept the rest of the card really simple so I could show off the cute image, and just embossed the panel on the front and added some flat backed pearls and a couple of little flowers. The sentiment is from craftwork cards an is hel in place with a brad.

 I decided to make a tag this week. For the base of the tag I die cut two stars out of some DCWV  rockstar paper.

 The image is from our sponsor and has been coloured with promarkers and a sakura pen fo the silver bits. I added a piece of silver ribbon behind her to add some interest as it looked a little blank.

Fot the sentiment i cut another piece of paper and added a sticky sentiment which I bought ages ago and never used I then rubbed pink foil over it so that it stuck to the word.
