Winged Things At Incy Wincy

Morning all hope you all had a fantastic weekend, we had a lovely day out on Saturday to |Poole Park to watch some friends compete in It's A Wipeout ( imagine silly outfits mixed with lots of inflatable activities and lots of laughs) all  to raise money for the local hospital charity. Today's card is for the new challenge at Incy Wincy where this week we want to see Winged Things on your creations. Our sponsor this week is Scribbles Designs and I have used one of the freebies they regularly give out. I've coloured the butterfly up with my promarkers adding some glossy accents the the body and the head. I cut the top of the front off the card blank using my spellbinders dies. The paper behind is from a MME pad and the sentiment is from Penny Black and stamped in cocoa memento ink.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Dad at Totally Gorgeous

Morning time for a new challenge at Totally Gorjuss where this week we want to see cards for Dad. My card today is for my Father in law for Fathers Day which here in the UK is tomorrow. I've used this fun sheep image from Scribbles Designs, I used woodwares fluffy stuff to give his head and body a woolly appearance.

I'm not sure where the spotty paper is from as it was a loose piece in my drawer I mounted it on Kraft card. The sentiment is one I did on the PC and continues onto the inside of the card as you can see below. I added another smaller image of the sheep adding some grass around his feet with a pro marker.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Papertake Weekly - For The Boys
Try It On Tuesdays - One For The Boys
Aud Sentiments - Any Sentiment For A Guy
Fab n Funky - Laughter Is The Best Medicine
The Male Room - Fathers Day
Scrap Creations - Fathers Day

Happy Birthday Gon Gon

Morning as promised yesterday I'm back with my second card for yesterdays Incy Wincy challenge. Today I've used another image from our sponsor Scribbles Designs this one is called Brr Birthday Chef. I been trying to use up so bits and pieces from old paper pads so I think these papers are from an old Echo Park pad I've mounted them all onto black card and used my corner chomper to round the edges off. Behind the image I've embosses a piece of grey card with a stars embossing folder. I've coloured the image with my promarkers I added some glossy accents to the icing on the cake and glittered the flames on the candles. In case your wondering this card was for my kids to give to my dad for his birthday as they call him Gon Gon due to the fact that my eldest couldn't say Grandad when she was little and it has stuck even at 17  she calls him Gon Gon.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Di's Digi Designs Challenge - Tic Tac Toe ( Digi/ Sentiment/ Embossing)
Cuttlebug Mania - Let's Feel It ( I used an embossing folder in my cuttlebug to create texture along with glossy accents and stickles)
Fan-Tastic Tuesday - Anything Goes must be square
Passion For Promarkers - Make It Digital

Monday morning again which for me means back to work :-( on a happier note it's also time for a new challenge at Incy Wincy  which this week is a nice easy one of Birthday's. We have 2 fab sponsors for you this week A Day For Daisies and Scribbles Designs.
I have made 2 cards for today's challenge the second one I will share with you tomorrow. Today's card uses Mr Wool Smiley from Scribbles designs I didn't really need colour in but added some pale grey to give him a little shading. The papers are from Pink Petticoat to which I added some doodling. The sentiment is a computer generated one.
