Watering Can of Flowers

A quick post from me today with a card I made a few weeks ago. Sorry the picture is not great was due to the dark & dismal weather we were having at the time. The papers are from Papermania and are a gorgeous soft green in real life not grey as the appear in the photo. I teamed them with Kraft card and some green seam binding.
The gorgeous image is one I've used before from Delicious Doodles I printed it several times and layered the flowers to give some dimension. I've coloured the image with promarkers and added some stickles to the centre of the pink flowers.

Collecting Wrinkles

Another card that I made a while ago and never blogged , this one has a fab Bugaboo image on it coloured with promarkers. I added glossy accents to his glasses and the clock font. These are so much fun and perfect for those awkward men's cards. I used papers from MME and my Martha Stewart zigzag punch.

Pop It Up At Incy Wincy

Good morning time for another challenge at Incy Wincy
this week our challenge is
' Pop It Up '
and we are sponsored by the fab
Bit of a different card from me today. I have used Little Honeys - Rapunzel Honey from our sponsor  for my card and coloured her of course with my promarkers. I have cut a card base from white card as I didn't have any DL card blanks left. I then cut a piece of grey card slightly bigger than than the front of the card. I embossed the grey with my brick wall folder and score down the long sides so I could attach it to the front of the card giving a 3d effect. I inked over the embossing with pink distress ink but it doesn't show very well in the photos. The bushes are hand cut from green card and then I've added some punched flowers with clear gems for the centres. The sentiment was printed on the computer and I've then glittered the edge with stickles.

Close up of the image I have fussy cut her and then stuck her to the back of the window.

Saturated Canary

I made this card for Aimee's birthday in November but haven't got round to blogging it yet. I used this super cute image from Saturated Canary and coloured her with my promarkers. I think the grey paper is from a MME pad and the pink paper is Magnolia everything else is from my stash. I love the softness if this card.

A Valentines Card

This is the card I made for Shannon to give to her boyfriend for valentines day she's not really a hearts and flowers type girl.  They are all into the moustache thing at the moment and whilst blog hopping a few weeks ago I spotted a card where the lady had used a monster with a moustache on a valentines card,so I thought it would work without being to soppy.

I've used this fab monster Fluffy from Pollycraft coloured with my promarkers. I've used glossy accents on his eyes and cut him a moustache out and popped iton some foampads. The papers are  digi ones from The Lilypad. The sentiment was typed on the computer and then I have doodles a frame around the edges of each word.

This is the inside of the card, I snuck a heart in there!

Febuary ATC swap

I joined an ATC swap group on Facebook and am loving making them again this months theme is romance. I was lucky enough to win a challenge at Dilly Beans and won 3 images so I picked some that would go with this months theme so I could use them for my ATC's.
This first one is called Crinkles Heart Flowers Framed and has been coloured with my promarkers. I've used glossy accents to highlight the hears . The sentiment was printed on the computer and I then used a fineliner to doodle the frames. The paper is from DCWV spring matt pad.
The image on this second one is called Heart Birdie and has been paper pieced. again I have highlighted the heart with glossy accents and doodled a frame around the ATC and the sentiment with a fineliner. Papers are aain from DCWV spring matt pad.

This image is called Ginger Set and I have again coloured her with promarkers paper piecing her bow in her hair. this time I printed the hanging hearts and sentiment directly onto the DP. More glossy accents to highlight the hearts and another doodled frame.

Love is in the air at Incy Wincy

Good morning time for another challenge at Incy Wincy
this week our challenge is
' Love is in the air '
and we are sponsored by the fab
Now it's no secret that I like dragons so this sponsor is perfect for me I love Dustin's cute dragons this one is from a valentine trio pack. I have coloured him with promarkers and added some glossy accents onto the heart. I decided to go for a CAS style card so used my nesties to cut some circles out. The circle behind the dragon has been embossed with my tiny heart folder. I've inked the edges of the circles  to give a little bit of depth. I've drawn a squiggle frame around the edge of the card and stamped the sentiment in rich cocoa memento ink.

Quick Boy's Card

A quick boys card from me today, I 've used a Bugaboo monster image these are so easy to colour, I of course used my promarkers to colour him in with adding glossy accents to the ballon, his eyes and the icing on the cake. No DP today just some embossed card layered in colours matching the image. The greeting is stamped directly onto the card blank and I added a couple of eyelets to the corners, silly me added these after sticking down everything else and they puckered the card blank think I should have have added some thicker card to the back to prevent this. Lesson leant would have helped if I'd had time to redo it.
