C.R.A.F.T. Challenge Background Text

Evening all sorry I'm late again still having trouble with my hand and  not sure how much I'm going to be about for the next month while I wait to go to the hospital I'm taking a back seat on my DT's just doing what I can when I can. Todays post see's the end of my GDT with C.R.A.F.T. Challenge so my last challenge for them is is use Background Text. Our sponsors this week are -

I have used a image from saturated Canary which is coloured with a mix of promarkers & flexmarkers. The papers are all Teresa Collins Sweet Afternoon which have been distressed and stickled. The ribbon has been coloured to match and I've added a pink heart button to the bow.

I have used these gorgeous stamp from Wild Rose Studio and coloured her with promarkers, the papers are from Prima Fairy Belle collection. I have distressed all the edges and inked them with Antique Linen Distress Ink.

I cut a corner with my Memory Box die and added some flowers which are from Mulberry Crafts. I have tied a double bow in some matching seam binding and finished it off with a pearl brad. I have aged the lace with distress ink

Recipe time at C.R.A.F.T. Challenge

First off today I want to say sorry for the lack of comments I'm leaving at the moment I am looking at all your fab makes but I'm suffering big time with my hand at the moment and typing really hurts. Hopefully it will sort it's self out again soon, of course it;s not helped by the fact that my splint has snapped and I can't get an appoinment until the end of next month to have a new one made, so I'm sitting here with my finger taped to a lolly stick to keep it straight good job it's been ice lolly weather!

Good morning it's time for another challenge at Incy Wincy and this week our challenge is

 Kraft plus 1 Other Colour

and we are sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps who are offering our winner a fantastic prize of 7 digis.

For my card I have used red as my othe colour, the image is of course from Bugaboo and is called Theodore with Flowers and I have used my  promarkers to colour oarts of the image the bits that look dark brown are actually coloured using a very dark red . I have added some glossy accents to his nose and on the ladybird and I've used crystal stickles on the swirly bits of the image which have shown up green on the photo.  My DP is from an old Dovecraft pack called Eastern Promise. The flower is cut tattered florals die and I have used my promarker to colour the sentiment stamp.

Anniversary card

This is the card I made for my husband for our wedding anniversary last week. The brown paper is from my new MME pad Nostalgia and the white paper is from an Echo Park pad A Boys Life. I have inked the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink and tied some brown bakers twin around the paper which I have attached a love charm to.

This gorgeous dragon is from Spesch Stamps I have coloured him with promarkers. I;m really pleased with my colouring this time although it took many attempts to get one that I was happy with as usually I struggle with large areas of red. In the image the dragon is holding a flower but I cut this off and replaced it with a chipboard heart which I coloured and then covered in glossy accents.

 For my card I've used this fab digi from Whiff of Joy which was a freebie ages ago I have coloured him with pormarkers. I've used MME Kraft Funday Superstar which I have had since it came out, a brick wall embossing folder which I had to have and have then never used, tiny brads which I bought when I first started cardmaking and still haven't used up and Brushed Corduroy Distress ink which again I have had for a while and never really used.

Good morning I hope you all enjoyed our blog hop last week it's time for a new challenge at C.R.A.F.T. Challenge and this week our challenge is Easel Cards we have serveral fab sponsors for you this week - The Stamping Boutique - Crimson Cloud - Bugaboo.

I have used this fun image from Bugaboo called Birthday Monster Cake I printed him several times so I could layer the image which I coloured with Promarkers and adde glossy accents to the icing, his eyes and the balloon . I've stuck tiny clear star shaped buttons around the image.

The paper are from MME Lime Twist Out of the Blue pad

I downloaded this fab font to write the name of Aimee's friend in adding a white spot with agel pen to each of the eyes and then I used glossy accents to make them pop.

A sideways view as I can never seem to get a decent photo of easel cards think you can see the layers better in this picture.

Whoops I'm running very late this week not sure what’s happened real life has just got in the way at the moment so I apologise for the lateness of this post. First up I don't have a card to show you for this week’s challenge at Incy Wincy which I should have posted Monday, this time we want you to create something Weather themed so rain, sunshine, snow the choice is yours. Something a bit different

Something a bit different form me today I got given this cute little box of choccies for mothers day which I couldn't bear to part with and like many things it got put in my pile of "I could do something with that" it wasn't untill I recieved my new Prima Fairy Belle papers that I pulled it out again.

I have covered the box with the gorgeous papers inking the edges with Tattered Rose Distress Ink and adding some sparkle with stickles.

I cut the flower with my Tim Holtz Tattered Florals die from some more of the Prima papers again all the edges have been inked and stickled. I've used a blank brad in the middle with a Prima Pearl stuck on it to hold the flower together and lastly added a couple of small punched butterflies and some small pink pearls.
